If your address is in a remote area (e.g. distant islands or low-access regions), additional fees may apply; we will notify you beforehand.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 2 business days of receipt (longer during peak seasons or for custom pieces).
  • Carriers & Methods: We partner with trusted carriers for global delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Damages & Late Delivery

  • Inspect on Arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage to the package or product, refuse delivery or note it with the carrier (e.g. “damaged box”).
  • Reporting Issues: If your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the above estimates, or if a delivered item is broken, contact us immediately at service@lacunave.co so we can assist. (In the rare case an item arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, per our Dispute & Exchange policy.)
  • Liability: Once we hand the package to the carrier, transit risk passes to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by carrier/courier errors or extreme events.
